We accept payment by Cards (powered by Worldpay), Paypal, Bank Transfer and Cheques by post. To pay by cheque please fill out the contact form on the homepage.
SHIPPING POLICY
Handling time for orders is between 3-5 working days depending on the volume of work at the time of purchase. Our UK shipping charges are as follows - £3.95 for up to 2 KG and £5.99 for 2 KG and above. All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please note we will not ship to PO Boxes. We are happy to ship worldwide by request. For all international order enquiries, please submit your order request through our online Contact Form on the Home page and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
RETURN POLICY
We will happily exchange any products if they are faulty upon receival. This is the only condition of an exchange. Due to the nature of our products we will not risk resale and wish to keep wastage to an absolute minimum.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your item it will be inspected for use or damage and we will notify you of the status of your refund after it has been inspected. If your refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment which will take place within 5 working days of the original refund approval.
